The goal is to ensure a smooth progress of the national customs clearance integration, which is essential to strengthening the administration of the import and export cargo in and out of China.
Inbound to and transit via Mainland China
As per the Customs order No 56 (2017), the CCAM must include the following information:
1. The CCAM must be submitted latest 24 hours prior to loading

Outbound from Mainland China
Compared to air and sea import into China, air and sea export advanced manifest out of China is less affected by CCAM. Here is a clarification and simple guideline.
Since HS code, shipper and consignee detailed contact info and telephone number are already routine Manifest information, the only extra action from forwarder and customer according to new requirement for booking is shipper and consignee’s code:
Shipper code is mandatory
Consignee code is mandatory
