PIL is uniquely positioned in the Australian market with a strong market presence, proven business model and impressive growth since inception in 2010. The acquisition of PIL is a very important step forward, strengthening Scan Global Logistics Australia and the organization more broadly.

With PIL as part of the SGL Group, we strengthen our service offering to Australian and Pacific customers, with existing customers of Pioneer International Logistics benefitting from enhanced capabilities including added expertise, technology, network, and e-commerce platform.

The three co-owners and key management team of PIL will continue with SGL Australia with Rob Erskine as MD, Rod MacPherson as Commercial Director and David Cooke as COO, ensuring the continuation of PIL´s dedication and commitment to customer outcomes.
