Skill Bidco ApS was established on November 11, 2022, to facilitate the acquisition of SGL Group. CVC completed the acquisition of SGL Group on May 23, 2023, becoming the majority shareholder. Following the acquisition, Skill Bidco ApS changed its name to SGL Group ApS. SGL Group is comparable to SGLT Holding, as mentioned in the annual reports of SGL International A/S.
