Scan Global Logistics is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the Swedish based freight forwarder Airlog Group AB (“Airlog”).

BWB Partners and all other shareholders of international freight forwarder Scan Global Logistics today entered into an agreement to sell their shares to the well reputed private equity group, AEA Investors. Closing is expected to take place in July 2016, subject to approval by the competition authorities.

Scan Global Logistics acquires the activities of Interexpress in Sweden and Estonia.

Effective November 2011, Mr. Henrik von Sydow (59) has been appointed new CEO of Scan Global Logistics.
