Together with different sponsors, it is a privilege for Scan Global Logistics to be chosen as one of the participants in the Africa Security Forum. The organization will take part in a dynamic congregation that will enable the company to find ways where it can extend efforts to aid the needs in the African continent.

The Africa Security Forum is organized by GRV Global Ltd. working closely with senior government officials throughout Africa, taking place at the prestigious Hilton Addis Ababa Hotel over two days; 5th - 6th October 2016. The Forum was created in order to provide African member states with a platform to address their security concerns that will need the collaboration, funding and technology of the international community. African homeland security spending is expected to reach $345 billion by 2022, up from $178 billion in 2010, with significant growth in the sectors of aviation, defense, communication, data, cyber security, counter terrorism, peacekeeping and stability. This important event will address the ever-growing concern for long-term security, development and stability across Africa by bringing Governments, UN and International Agency stakeholders, heads of intelligence, internal security, procurement teams, together with leading local, regional and global business operators for idea sharing, deal-making and bilateral discussions focused on Africa’s Security, Defense, Stability, Peacekeeping and Humanitarian Aid.

Being part of this forum offers excellent opportunity to strengthen networks. It also provides the chance for different organizations meet potential partners both from public and private groups. The conference delivers a sustainable platform to share best practices and collaboration for Security & Defense, and Peacekeeping & Stability sectors.
