The donation has been made through two different Relief organizations, UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and SOS Bornebyerne, to support their crucial work at this critical time.
The two organizations were selected to support the people of Ukraine, and the funds will amongst other support following efforts:
- Providing emergency assistance with food and clean water, medicine, sanitation, clothes, and warm blankets
- Cash assistance for the most vulnerable people
- Support to health care and education service
- Shelter assistance to rebuild damaged homes
- Ensuring care for orphans and vulnerable children as well as vulnerable families with children
- Helping families to stay together - or reunite in the chaos
- Providing trauma treatment and psychosocial support
We wish and hope for an immediate resolution of this tragic conflict.
