Earning ‘A' rating from CDP for our top environmental performance

21 Feb, 2025

Our efforts in sustainability and providing low-carbon logistics have been awarded the 'A' rating, the highest possible ranking from the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project), the leading organisation in sustainable economy and environmental reporting. The rating reaffirms our steady dedication to reducing our own and our customers' CO2 emissions through ongoing collaborations with suppliers and customers across the supply chain.

Martin Andersen, Global Head of Sustainability & ESG, explains our commitment to sustainability and the collaborative effort it takes: ‘We empower our customers by providing actionable, low-carbon logistics solutions to help them achieve their climate targets. As transport emissions rise, we collaborate with suppliers and customers to drive sustainability in supply chains across all modes of transport. With solutions that can reduce emissions by 50-98% today, we are enabling impactful and affordable progress in shifting toward more responsible transportation.’

One of the few best-in-class
CDP is an international nonprofit organisation that helps companies and cities worldwide measure, manage and disclose their environmental impact on climate change.

In 2024, a record-high more than 22,000 companies were evaluated by CDP. Based on the data we reported through CDP, our top rating reflects our commitment to aligning with climate ambitions and targets set by both our industry and our customers and puts us among a select group of companies that achieved an ‘A’ grade rating.

The achievement of the ‘A’ rating in 2024 is a testament to our robust environmental strategy, commitment to ESG transparency, presentation of emission reduction initiatives, disclosure of opportunities, governance, business strategy, financial planning, and scenario analysis. The rating further recognises our leadership and action in accelerating our ESG commitments in alignment with our science-based targets of limiting global warming to 1.5˚C.
