In an effort to combine the strengths of both companies, Claes Brønsgaard Pedersen has been appointed as Group CFO. This newly created role will oversee and assume the overall responsibility for both companies’ financial departments.
He has been with international organizations where he helped in the success of developing and improving the organizations’ status within the Finance department. Following up on continuous developments, He is set to implement and execute strategies to address treasury and accounting functions between Transgroup and SGL. The appointment is to centralized controllership over the all financial assets for the best interest of the combined stakeholders. Focusing on making the best investment decisions, and considerations of risks and liquidity.
