Jesper Nielsen takes on the role as Group CEO for Scan Global Logistics

Jesper Nielsen (43) has spent the last ten years in senior management positions at DHL Global Forwarding, most recently as CEO for the Nordics & Baltics, managing revenues of approx. 800 million Euro and 800 employees. Prior to his tenure with DHL, Jesper Nielsen held various managerial positions in the industry in USA, Europe and China.

In his new position as Chairman of the Board, Henrik von Sydow takes over from Esben Bay Jørgensen, co-founder and partner of the investment firm BWB Partners, SGL’s majority shareholder. Esben Bay Jørgensen will continue to serve as deputy Chairman of the Board.
